To my family, true friends and of course all of you who stop by this blog, I wish you all a very Happy New Year. I hope that this year will see you in good or better health, lots of love and laughter and most of all, gratefulness for the beauty that surrounds us of every second of our lives no matter where we are in the world. I just made a major decision yesterday and it was only after talking wtih my dear friend, Philippe, that I truly committed to it and visualized the end result. I’m so happy, focused and grateful. The year 2007 was great and 2008 will of course be even greater!   Thank you and God Bless you!

Your sense of color is amazing or is it the Korean urban landscape that is so color-rich. You have an eye for it, for sure. Anyway, thank you for giving us a glimpse of the colorful scenery that you live in, especially today, January 2 here in Alexandria, Virginia, where it is so cold (0 Celsius) and bleak. I can’t wait for Spring to show up. Maybe we should have stores here with painted flowers like in Seoul?

    Hello Mr. Alexandrian!
Always a treat and a pleasure hearing from you! Thank you for your lovely comment.
It was 10 below a couple of days ago and now it is much warmer today. Thank Goodness! The colors here can be pretty amazing, the secret is that you have to really be aware of it. I remember Alexandria, you and I both now that it is beautiful in its own way but it could stand a little color here and there. I’ll see what I can do when I come back to town. Who knows? Perhaps I’ll have a beautiful, colorful cozy studio from which to work and grow my business? I see myself in it already!
