This dog and I had a moment of silence together that I will never forget. It actually let me snap away, no barking, growling, just peaceful. I really didn’t want to leave it alone. I think that I may look like this when I dream of being alone on a beach in Thailand.

I really do know how this dog feels. Isn’t he or she beautiful?

Thank God I got through it! I hardly EVER say that at the end of a week or day or situation as I usually accept what is being asked of me and roll with the punches. I’m usually better for it when it’s over, but for some reason this week was a bit like riding my bike, exerting too much force only to only to realize that I was 30 minutes from home and the air pressure in my back tire was low. Vous comprenez?

It took all that I had to not scream at the end of a class. I think that I’m just over this cold weather, and teaching full time. In short, I need a break. I need the sun! I’ll be in Thailand on vacation! I plan to take cooking lessons in Chiang Mai (any tips?), eating every beautiful dish that I see, and getting massages like there’s no tomorrow!

You know that I”ve been getting facials every two weeks and now I think that I’m ready to have bi-weekly body massages in Seoul, because I’m Felicia and I’m worth it! Ha! If you know of any great places for massage in Seoul, please share with me and the rest of the family here.

What do you do to relax? Massage? Cook? Meditate?

For relaxation, count me in for meditation, prayer, massages, watching a good movie, writing, reading, talking to good friends, and listening to a wise person.
