Breaking bread, Bread 05 that is…
Every time you go to Hongdae, whatever cafe you’re seeking has been either replaced or completely torn down and turned into the latest, greatest thing. I don’t even remember nor do I care what came before Bread 05, I’m just happy that Bread 05 is filled with amazing croissants that could rival any artisanal bakery in Paris (believe me I know real croissants). It’s been open just over a month and I think they’re going to be in the neighborhood for a long time. Well, I hope so anyway. If I didn’t live an hour away, they’d definitely get my money on a daily basis. Authentic, buttery croissants, pain de campagne as well as organic blueberry jam (among others) is worth the hour long ride. Welcome to the neighborhood Bread 05!,
