Look at this deliciousness!

Ladies and Gentleman this was my simple little dinner on a lovely Saturday evening in Apgu’: Odang Guksu.

    Before you curl your nose up odang is really processed fish. Odang is what you see on the skewers and it is so deliciouis. I’ve never tasted anything like it before living in Korea. You can find it’s an everywhere street food and can also be found in some of the best restaurants. It’s a lovely combination of fish, a hint of cornmeal (without the grit) and a pit of peppers. Also in it you will find: green onions, thinly sliced radish and of course, garlic. The stock is peppery without making your eyes water.
    After a photoshoot yesterday, I started to feel as if a cold was trying to enter this bod’ of mine and of course I can’t have that.I luckily found this place (one of my favorite noodle places in Seoul) and knew that this copper bowl of hot, healthy goodness was just the ticket to make the “intruder” go away. Or hell, maybe it made it want to stay because it tasted so good?
